Dear Parent,
It is my honor, privilege, and joy to serve as your child's Fourth Grade teacher. I have taught for over 16 years and cannot imagine doing anything else as a career! This is my eighth year teaching elementary school and I love it! I graduated from George Washington University in D.C. with a Master's in History and also have a M.Ed. from Milligan College. When I'm not teaching I spend time with my husband, Tony. We enjoy listening to our vinyl record collection on our 1970s stereo console, gardening, hiking, and traveling in our cozy motor home.
My greatest hope for the children in our learning community is that they will love and respect themselves and others, grow as leaders, become life-long learners, and gain the confidence and tenacity to pursue their individual hopes and dreams.
I can't wait to get to know and work with your child! It's going to be a fantastic year in fourth!
Warmly,
Christina Vines
